With us you'll train in a small group of up to four people, but it feels like one-to-one personal training. Your coach builds your program around your specific goals, whether that’s getting stronger for sport, moving better at work, or just feeling more capable day-to-day.
It all starts with an in-depth intro session where we get clear on what you want to achieve in the next three to six months (and beyond).
From there, we map out a plan that fits your schedule and evolves as you do. Every session is coached in person at our Edinburgh training facility, so if you’re wiped out, we help you back off smartly; if you’re ready to push, we’ll make sure you get after it safely and effectively.
You’ll never have to guess what to do or how to do it, we handle the plan, keep you accountable, and make sure every lift and rep moves you closer to your goals.

How It Works
1. Start with a deep-dive intro session
We kick off by getting to know you, your training history, any past injuries, and what you actually want from this. We’ll chat about your goals for the next 3–6 months and beyond, then assess how you move so we can build the right foundation from day one.
Based on your goals, schedule, and recovery needs, your coach designs a plan that fits real life, not the other way round. Whether you train twice a week or more, everything’s adapted to how you feel and where you want to go.
You’ll train alongside up to three others, small enough for personal attention, big enough for energy and accountability. Every session is coached in real time at our Edinburgh gym, so you stay safe, lift well, and make progress without second-guessing a thing.
You’ll have regular check-ins where we review your progress, tweak your plan, and make sure you’re feeling good about your training. Some weeks we’ll pull back; others we’ll push harder, the point is, you’re never on autopilot.
