John Soulsby

Personal Trainer

John has been a personal trainer for over 10 years, helping clients from all backgrounds achieve their fitness goals. He has a degree in Exercise Science from Aberdeen University and specializes in strength training and injury prevention.

​

He also loves mountain biking, and a few beers on the weekend.

Education:





  • Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science from Aberdeen University.

Will Brown

Personal Trainer

Will has been coaching for over 10 years, helping his clients from all backgrounds start their journeys in the weight room. from budding Powerlifters to clients that just want to feel fit and healthy again Will has done it all.

He is a level 4 certified personal trainer, whilst also being a Cat 2 International Ref with the IPF.

Education:


  • Level 4 certified personal trainer.
